As we wrap up our Judith study, we see a happy ending. The Assyrian army flees, and the Israelites celebrate.
Joakim, the high priest, visits Judith and blesses and honors her, giving thanks to the Lord.
From the very beginning, Judith honors God. She makes everyone know that God will direct her and lead her, God will strengthen her, and God will be magnified.
Not one time did she take credit for any of it on her own. The people bless her and give thanks to God.
Every blessing you receive, give thanks to the Lord
Let Him be magnified in all that you do.
