“Inspired by the Divine Spirit, the Sacred Writers composed those books, which God, in His paternal charity towards the human race, deigned to bestow on them in order "to teach, to reprove, to correct, to instruct in justice: that the man of God may be perfect, furnished to every good work."[1] This heaven-sent treasure Holy Church considers as the most precious source of doctrine on faith and morals.”

Thus begins Pope Pius XII’s exhortation to read and study the Bible, Divino Afflante Spiritu.  Sure, the Church provides for us both the daily Mass readings and the readings found within the Liturgy of the Hours, but sometimes, we want to study a little slower, a little deeper, and in the company of friends.

We’re here for you.Our bible studies are written in light of Sacred Tradition,  as passed down by Holy Mother of Church. In this way we don’t read in isolation, subject to the present winds, but ground ourselves in Truth.

Heart of Mary Bible Studies are written by women and for women that we might read the Sacred Scripture with an eye towards the “feminine genius” Pope John Paul II alludes to in his Letter to Women. Women are different than men,  and Heart of Mary seeks to honor this through our writing.

Our Bible studies are convenient. Delivered to your email inbox every morning and conveniently linked to the relevant scriptures, we make it easy for you to dive deeper into Sacred Scripture. Print out the accompanying journal and record your reflections.
